Pricing Policy after March 31 2010
The use of 5Dollartax remains free of charge for taxpayers with total income on Federal line 150 that are less than $25,000 and for Quebec taxpayers, the total income on Quebec TP1-D. Line 199 are also less than $25,000. In all other cases, there will be a $5 fee  for each taxpayer by Social Insurance Number, regardless of province of taxation. For taxpayers who choose not to pay, the full printout of the tax report will still be provided, but with a stamp on the report indicating that the printout is not to be sent to the government. This printout is meant to provide users an opportunity to satisfy themselves with the calculation results before paying. 

After the users pay for the use of the system, they get to print  tax reports on paper with no stamp and are ready for filing by paper. In addition, for taxpayers of Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia. and Alberta, they get to transmit their returns by netfile. While we will provide reasonable assistance to help getting all paid users to get their netfiles accepted, but payment of the $5 should not be construed as guarantee of any kind that the netfile will be accepted by the government.
